Using File Explorer

1. Open File Explorer: Press Win + E on your keyboard or click the file folder icon on your taskbar to open File Explorer.
2. Navigate to Your File: Use the left-hand sidebar to locate the drive or folder where your file is stored. You can also use the search bar at the top-right corner to find your file by name.
3. Open the File: Once you find the file, double-click it to open it in its default application. If you want to choose a specific application, right-click the file, select Open With, and then choose the desired program from the list.

Changing Default Programs

1. Right-click the File: Find the file you want to change the default program for and right-click it.
2. Select Open With: Click on Open with and then choose Choose default program.
3. Select a Program: You can select a program from the list or click Browse to find a program not listed. This will allow you to set a new default program for that file type.
